Roles and Responsibilities

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Responsible for tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for customers
  • Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
