Roles and Responsibilities
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Responsible for tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for customers
- Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
