  • Lead Generation: Take charge of generating enquiries and leads, actively collaborating with sales teams to convert opportunities into successful closures, driving business growth both in the field and remotely.
  • Business Development: Utilize your excellent communication skills to foster strong business relationships with prospective customers, engaging them through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails to highlight the value of our services.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate a keen understanding of exports and imports, devising innovative strategies to generate leads and explore new avenues for expanding Gxpress’s business footprint, both locally and internationally.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and weekly reports to track progress and analyze performance against targets, ensuring transparency and accountability in all field sales activities.
  • Target Achievement: Work diligently towards monthly and weekly targets, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales objectives effectively while constantly seeking out new opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers in the field, delivering exceptional service and fostering positive interactions to establish long-lasting partnerships built on trust and reliability.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues encountered during field sales activities, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and ensuring swift resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Representation: Represent the firm confidently in face-to-face negotiations with shippers and carriers, leveraging your persuasive skills to build strong relationships and secure successful partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Logistics Expertise: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful pickup and delivery of shipments, utilizing your understanding of logistics processes to streamline operations and exceed customer expectations.
