Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate enquiries and leads, coordinate with sales teams to convert the leads and enquiries into closers.
  • Call and develop business relationships with prospect customers.
  • Responding and approaching the prospect customers over email.
  • Understand the importance of exports and imports and generate the leads accordingly as per the requirement figure novel ways that can help Gxpress expand its business.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports.
  • Work on the monthly and weekly targets
  • Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm’s freight transportation services.
  • Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
  • Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationships with shippers and carriers.
  • Responsible for aiding successful pickup and delivering.

Desired Qualification and Experience

  • International or domestic calling in premium call centres or doing business development over phone and direct communication.
  • Proficient in spoken English language and has natural flair to talk to people about International logistic work with them to achieve both tangible and intangible results.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Holder.

 

Experience: 1- 3 years in International telecalling
