• Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred.
• GXpress's liability for any shipment is limited to the terms specified under the applicable shipping contract or bill of lading.

5. Customs and Documentation

• We provide expert customs clearance services, but customers are responsible for ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and provided on time.
• GXpress is not liable for penalties, fines, or delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by the customer.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments for our services must be made in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur additional fees, and failure to settle payments on time may result in shipment delays or suspension of services.

7. Quoted Freight Rates

• Quoted freight rates are inclusive of Fuel Surcharges.
• Freight will be charged on gross weight or volume weight, whichever is higher.
• This quotation approval via email is deemed accepted once the shipment takes place.

8. Insurance and Liability

• All claims and insurance should be filed with the Insurance Company and/or Airline/Shipping Line. Gxpress will only assist in follow-up of any such claims lodged.
• Gxpress will not be responsible for damages, losses, breakages, delays, thefts, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend customers obtain insurance for their valuable cargo in advance.
• Liability of Gxpress shall be in accordance with its standard terms and conditions. As our services depend on airlines and/or shipping lines, Gxpress shall not be liable for any lapses on their part.

9. Order Verification and Responsibility

• Gxpress will not be accountable for any delivery made against a duplicate Reference ID (PO). It is the customer's responsibility to verify order submissions.
• Gxpress will not be responsible for any inventory reconciliation.

10. Shipping and Documentation Procedures

• Post-shipping documents will be released as per agreed terms.
• Gxpress ensures that all manifested details are loaded correctly into the trailer, and all outbound shipments are monitored with available cameras.

11. Vessel Delays and Force Majeure

• GXpress will not be responsible for vessel delays caused by congestion, voyage reschedules, rollovers, customs examination, or any other reasons beyond our control. Claims for such delays will NOT be accepted.
• We recommend customers insure their cargo or opt for alternate means with faster transit.

12. Amazon Fulfillment Deliveries

• For Amazon fulfillment deliveries, our service terminates upon delivery to the Amazon fulfillment center via our trucking/delivery partner and sharing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
• GXpress will NOT be responsible for inventory updates on the seller central.

13. Modifications and Updates

Gxpress may update or change the content of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. We advise you to review them regularly to stay informed about any updates.

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gxpress be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, services, or the information contained therein.
